1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using TRDO (www.trdo.in), operated by Chromatic Creations, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
TRDO provides website creation and hosting services for small businesses including:
- Custom website design and development
- Subdomain hosting (*.trdo.in)
- Website maintenance and updates
- 7-day free trial period
- Subscription-based billing
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must be authorized to conduct business in India
- One account per business entity
4. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address and phone number
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
5.1 Plans
- Monthly: ₹500 per month
- Quarterly: ₹1,350 per quarter
- Yearly: ₹5,000 per year
- All plans include 7-day free trial
5.2 Billing
- Payment is collected at the start of each billing cycle
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
- All prices in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Taxes applicable as per Indian law
6. Free Trial
- 7-day free trial for all new customers
- Payment required upfront, charged after trial
- Cancel during trial for full refund
- One trial per business entity
- Website delivered within 3 business days
7. Website Delivery
- Standard delivery: 3 business days from form submission
- Delivery timeline may extend if information is incomplete
- Customer will be notified via email when website is live
- Includes initial setup and basic customization
8. Content Ownership & License
8.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you provide
- You grant us license to use your content to provide services
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content
- We are not liable for copyright infringement by your content
8.2 Our Content
- Website templates and code remain our property
- You receive a license to use the website during subscription
- License terminates upon subscription cancellation
- TRDO branding may appear in footer (removable on request)
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Adult/pornographic content
- Gambling or lottery services
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Phishing, spam, or malware
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Activities violating Indian laws
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
10. Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it
- Planned maintenance will be notified in advance
- No liability for downtime due to third-party issues
- Service interruptions for violations without notice
11. Data & Privacy
- We collect and process data as per our Privacy Policy
- We use Supabase for data storage (EU/US servers)
- Regular backups maintained
- You can request data export anytime
- Data deleted within 30 days of account closure
12. Intellectual Property
- TRDO name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- Website templates and code are copyrighted
- You may not reverse engineer or copy our platform
- Report copyright violations to: creations.chromatic@gmail.com
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid in last 3 months
- No liability for loss of data, profits, or business
- Services provided "as is" without warranties
- No guarantee of specific business results
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRDO and Chromatic Creations from any claims arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your content or website
- Violation of these terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
15. Modifications to Service
- We may modify or discontinue services anytime
- Major changes will be communicated via email
- Price changes require 30 days notice
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
16. Termination
16.1 By You
- Cancel anytime from customer portal
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No refund for remaining period (except trial)
16.2 By Us
- We may terminate for violations without refund
- 30 days notice for termination without cause
- Immediate termination for illegal activities
- Account suspension for non-payment
17. Dispute Resolution
- First attempt to resolve via email: creations.chromatic@gmail.com
- If unresolved, disputes subject to arbitration in Ghaziabad, India
- Governed by laws of India
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
18. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services:
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- Razorpay: Payment processing
- Hostinger: Web hosting
- Third-party terms apply to their services
- We are not liable for third-party failures

20. Severability

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRDO.
