TRDO provides digital services only (website creation and hosting). There is no physical shipping involved. This policy outlines how we deliver our digital services to you.
1. Service Delivery Timeline
1.1 Standard Delivery
- Website Delivery: 3 business days from form submission
- Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Delivery Method: Website published on your assigned subdomain
- Notification: Email and SMS when website is live
1.2 What Counts as "Delivered"
- Your website is live and accessible on *.trdo.in subdomain
- All provided content and information is integrated
- Website is functional on desktop and mobile devices
- You receive confirmation email with website link
2. Delivery Process
Step 1: Order Placement (Day 0)
- You fill the onboarding form at trdo.in/get-started.html
- Provide business details, contact info, services, etc.
- Make payment (subscription starts after 7-day trial)
- Receive confirmation email immediately
Step 2: Processing (Day 1-3)
- Our team reviews your submission
- Creates your custom website based on provided information
- Sets up your subdomain (yourbusiness.trdo.in)
- Tests website functionality
Step 3: Delivery (Day 3)
- Website is published on your subdomain
- You receive email: "Your website is live!"
- Login credentials for customer portal sent
- 7-day trial period starts
3. Delivery Delays
3.1 Reasons for Delay
Delivery may be delayed if:
- Incomplete Information: Missing or unclear business details
- Customer Unresponsive: We need clarifications but can't reach you
- Technical Issues: Server problems or platform issues
- High Volume: Unusually high number of orders
- Public Holidays: Extended holiday periods
3.2 Delay Notification
- We will notify you immediately if delay is expected
- Revised delivery date will be communicated
- No charges if delay exceeds 7 days from original date
- Full refund available if you choose to cancel
4. Failed Delivery
4.1 What Happens If We Can't Deliver
If we cannot deliver your website within 7 days:
- Automatic full refund initiated
- Email notification with refund details
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- You can resubmit if issue was on your end
4.2 Customer-Caused Delays
If delay is due to customer not responding:
- We will attempt contact via email, phone, SMS
- If no response for 7 days, order marked as complete
- No refund if we attempted delivery but you were unreachable
- You can request reactivation by contacting support
5. Post-Delivery Access
5.1 Immediate Access
Once delivered, you get instant access to:
- Your live website (yourbusiness.trdo.in)
- Customer portal (trdo.in/portal)
- Billing and subscription management
- Support via email/phone
5.2 Login Credentials
- Sent to your registered email
- Google OAuth login for portal
- Reset password anytime from portal
6. Changes After Delivery
6.1 During Trial Period (First 7 Days)
- Minor changes: Free (text, contact details, etc.)
- Content updates: Free (add/remove services, vehicles, etc.)
- Design tweaks: Free (color adjustments, layout fixes)
- Major redesign: May incur additional charges
6.2 After Trial Period
- Content updates via portal (coming soon)
- Request changes via email
- Minor updates included in subscription
- Major changes may require upgrade or one-time fee
7. Service Availability After Delivery
7.1 Uptime Commitment
- Target: 99% uptime
- Planned maintenance notified 48 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance without prior notice
- Status updates via email during outages
7.2 Subscription-Based Access
- Website remains live as long as subscription is active
- If subscription lapses, website shows "Payment Required" page
- Renew subscription anytime to restore access
- Data retained for 30 days after cancellation

- Services available throughout India
- Website accessible globally (no geo-restrictions)
- Support provided in English and Hindi
- Indian Standard Time (IST) for all timelines
9. Business Hours
- Support Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST
- Email Support: 24/7 (response within 24 hours)
- Phone Support: During business hours only
- Emergency Support: Email for critical issues
10. Tracking Your Delivery
10.1 Order Status
Check your order status anytime:
- Submitted: Form received, payment confirmed
- In Progress: Team working on your website
- Ready for Review: Website complete, final checks ongoing
- Delivered: Website live and accessible
10.2 Status Notifications
- Email notification at each stage
- SMS for delivery completion
- Check status in customer portal (coming soon)
11. Quality Assurance
Before delivery, we ensure:
- All provided information is accurately displayed
- Contact forms and buttons work correctly
- WhatsApp and call buttons linked properly
- Mobile responsive design
- Fast loading speed
- SSL certificate active (https://)
12. Non-Delivery Compensation
If we fail to deliver within promised timeline:
- 4-5 days: Extended trial period (+3 days)
- 6-7 days: First month 50% discount
- 8+ days: Full refund + extended trial if you choose to continue
