2. Free Trial Period
7-Day Free Trial:
- All new customers receive a 7-day free trial period starting from the date of payment
- During the trial period, you can cancel anytime without any charges
- Your website will be delivered within 3 business days of form submission
- If you're not satisfied during the trial, contact us for a full refund
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 During Trial Period (First 7 Days)
- You may cancel at any time within the 7-day trial period
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- No questions asked, hassle-free cancellation
- Website access will be revoked upon cancellation
3.2 After Trial Period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refund for the remaining period of current subscription
- You will retain access until the end of your paid period
- Your website will be deactivated after subscription expires

4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligible for Full Refund
- Within 7-day trial: Full refund, no questions asked
- Website not delivered: If we fail to deliver your website within 7 days of submission, full refund
- Service outage: If your website is down for more than 48 hours due to our error, pro-rata refund
- Technical issues: If we cannot resolve critical technical issues within 7 days, full refund
4.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- After the 7-day trial period has ended
- Change of mind after trial period
- Domain registration fees (if opted for custom domain)
- Third-party service fees (SMS, email marketing, etc.)
- Downtime due to issues outside our control (hosting provider, internet, etc.)
4.3 Partial Refunds
- Pro-rata refunds: Available only in case of significant service failures on our part
- Calculated based on unused days in subscription period
- Minimum refund amount: ₹100
- Decision at sole discretion of TRDO management
5. Refund Process

- Review: We will review your request within 24-48 hours
- Approval: If approved, refund will be initiated
- Processing: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
6. Subscription Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of billing cycle
- You will receive email reminder 3 days before renewal
- Cancel anytime before renewal date to avoid next charge
- Auto-renewal can be disabled from customer portal
7. Non-Delivery Scenarios
If we fail to deliver your website:
- Within 7 days: Full refund automatically initiated
- Delays due to incomplete information: Delivery timeline extended, no refund
- Customer unresponsive: If you don't respond to our emails for 7+ days, order considered fulfilled
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of payment disputes:

- We will try to resolve within 48 hours
- If unresolved, you may contact Razorpay support
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension
9. Changes to Website After Delivery
- Minor changes: Free during trial period
- Major redesigns: Additional charges may apply
- Content updates: You can update via portal (coming soon) or request via email
- Change requests don't extend trial period
10. Special Circumstances
We may offer refunds or credits in following cases (at our discretion):
- Extended service outages
- Data loss due to our error (with proper backup)
